As a mental health provider, my goal is to prioritize working with individuals that identify as BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, immigrants and allies. I aim to provide support for those impacted by depression, anxiety, women's issues, immigration challenges, addiction, imposter syndrome, systemic oppression, family dynamics, relationship concerns, childhood trauma and various other struggles. My practice is rooted in utilizing decolonized, trauma informed practices, a strength-based perspective, CBT, mindfulness, a holistic approach and other integrated treatment approaches tailored to individual needs. Together, we will create an environment in which you feel supported through your healing process.
