She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy which is a specialized therapy used to treat childhood, adolescent and adult trauma. She is also trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) which is a comprehensive cognitive behavioral therapy used to help people with emotional dysregulation.
