My primary treatment modalities include psychoanalytic theory, where I get to the root cause of why you may be feeling this way, and any relationships past and present that could have an impact. I also use Internal Family Systems (parts work)and somatic (body-based) work to connect to the body. I’m trained in EFT tapping (emotion freedom technique).
