This is a typical cycle in relationships and can lead to feelings of loneliness, depression, anxiety, and distrust and can lead to unwanted behaviors.
I will help you understand what triggers this cycle. From this, you will have an understanding of your partner's wants, needs, and emotions and have the skills to de-escalate your own emotions when triggered. This new awareness of each other's experience will help you develop better conflict resolution, strengthen your bond, and improve your relationship.
