I work with adults, children, and families who hope to live life abundantly. During our work together, we will focus on improving quality of relationships with self and others. As we improve relational support, we will tie in core values and any spiritual beliefs to help encourage sustainable change. This process looks different for adults and children, but the heart of each human is the same- we hope to be loved, love others, and live life according to our values. Unfortunately, sometimes our painful past experiences create stress or other overwhelming feelings that hinder us from living life how we'd wish. That's where I come in.
I have experience working with adults, children, and adoptive families which has allowed me to serve clients who have experienced trauma/loss, anxiety/depression, and even compounding developmental and physical struggles. My training reflects these experiences as I have pursued further certification in trauma resolution and play therapy.
We all experience ups and downs in life and sometimes those experiences leave us with overwhelming emotions require some additional support.
