I use an integrative approach, and am trained in mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy and solution focused therapy. I am certified to work with couples, and relationship issues, including codependency, communication, and infertility issues. I am trained in holistic theories and view therapy as healing the whole person.
