I am a Licensed Social Worker who has several years of experience working with children, adolescents and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation and behavioral challenges. As well as parents of children struggling with emotional regulation and behavioral challenges.
My approach utilizes a supportive, non-judgmental, strength based approach that is tailor to meet the needs of each individual, couple and/or family. I utilizes Triple P Positive Parenting Techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
