My joy comes from working with individuals at various stages and challenges of life; childhood, teens, college, and adulthood. I provide a playful and collaborative environment for adults, parents, and children alike looking to explore the tough stuff as well as the normal day to day bumps. My goal is to make every client and caregiver feel worthy and capable of well-being. I work with a wide variety of issues across the lifespan such as vicarious trauma in professionals, sexual and domestic abuse, childhood abuse or trauma, attachment trauma, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem.
Starting from a person centered approach I use EMDR, play therapy, sand tray therapy, mindfulness/mindful movement, art, and TF-CBT in combination with talk therapy to help clients build coping skills, boundaries, and self-worth.
No problem is too big or too small to be worthy of a witness. Every persons story is meaningful and deserving of space to heal and process. I consider it a privilege to be a calm and accepting place for you to share yours.
