Fortunately and unfortunately, there is no road map to our lives, and the unknown is both beautiful and terrifying. I work with you to create a version of a road map, a better understanding of yourself, goals, past experiences, insecurities and road blocks, in an effort to make you feel excited about the unknown rather than fearful. I specialize in a cognitive-behavioral, emotionally focused and mindful-based approach, one that will guide you towards balance. With couples, I specialize in the Gottman Method and assist you and your partner in building a deeper understanding of both self and couple. As your therapist, I serve as your guide towards the future you will ultimately create.
