I work with young adults and late adolescents who are navigating the transition into early adulthood. My approach is trauma-informed, with a special emphasis on complex and childhood trauma. I am a yoga student and teacher dedicated to harmonizing mind-body connections. With expertise in various yoga styles, I advocate for individualized paths, embracing diversity in existence. My counseling integrates mindfulness practices like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic Experiencing.
