With over 10 years of experience in diverse settings, I have worked with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. My expertise includes depression/anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship issues, chronic illness, adult ADHD, and faith-based counseling. I am EMDR trained and incorporate multiple therapeutic modalities.
Creating a safe and non-judgmental environment is crucial in my practice. My goal is to help clients safely explore the feelings and beliefs that may be hindering their progress.
