I believe that historical, political, social, and cultural environments influence the way we navigate the world and shape how we relate to others. My intention as a therapist is to explore your unique life experience alongside areas where you feel stuck or are seeing unhelpful patterns in your life so that new understanding, healing and empowerment can grow. My approach to therapy is based on collaboration, authenticity and genuine connection. I work with teens, adults, couples, am LGBTQIA+ affirming and kink, poly, and sex worker allied.
I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma as well as individuals who are managing depression, anxiety, addiction and relationship concerns. I am also specifically passionate about working with people who are grappling with issues of identity and life transitions and those moving out of young adulthood into the next phase of life.
