As an LMHCA, I strive to support adolescents, young adults, and their families through their trying life events such as work stress, emotional management, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational crisis. As Nathaniel Branden once said, "The first step toward change is awareness, the second step is acceptance." I look forward to taking these steps with you.
I base my therapeutic practices around Substance Use Disorder Treatment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Existentialism, Anxiety Management, Person Centered Therapy, BIPOC Therapy, and a Strengths Based Approach.
