I work using an anti-oppressive and trauma informed perspective with a focus on trauma, gender, sexuality, life transitions, feeling stuck, coming out later in life, and navigating relationships. I believe mindful attention to the physical experience can provide insight and space for empathy, when words are hard to conjure. I’m passionate about helping people connect with their body and discover ways to honor their authentic selves. I specialize in working with BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and TGNC/NB communities.
My work often gravitates towards exploration of the richness and complexity of our identities and how that impacts the ways in which we understand ourselves and the world. People are complex beings with diverse stories, strengths, and aspirations. Personal growth, recovery, and resilience are all possible!
