Passionate about helping others, specialize working with clients struggling with life experiences that at times are overwhelming. I use an eclectic style of therapy that focuses on listening, developing concrete goals, exploring your past and developing motivation and self confidence. Many of my clients are young professionals and older folks who find it difficult to change. Many struggle with depression and anxiety and work to reduce negative and detrimental self destructive behaviors. I work to provide you with the support and guidance needed to become independent again and free of depression,anxiety and fear.
Everyone should feel good about themselves and enjoy life and so, there are many tools and strategies that you can learn while in therapy that can help you control your symptoms, such as mindfulness and exploring the way you think and process experiences,exploring your past and actively implimenting these tools with your therapist while engaged in session.
