I have 13 years of counseling experience in multiple settings. I'm creative during therapy, integrating Person-centered, Cognitive Behavioral, Attachment-oriented, Internal Family Systems, and Trauma-Focused approaches. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
