I have 38 years of experience working with a diverse range of mental health issues with both adolescents and adults. I have extensive experience in helping clients navigate through depression, anxiety, abuse, adoption issues, substance abuse, marriage and family issues, and trauma. I hold certifications as a trauma therapist, as well as EMDR.
I work to build a connection with my clients that provides a safe and supportive environment for them to make positive steps toward healing. I enjoy being a part of the journey as we work together to overcome the silent struggles that affect relationships and choices.
