My approach is eclectic, and I use different treatment approaches tailored to my clients’ needs. I use evidence-based therapy approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Emotional Focus Therapy (EFT).
