I have success working with depression, anxiety, trauma, self esteem, anger, relationship issues, career issues. I worked at Bellevue Hospital, in Psychiatry, and at ICP, prior to opening my private practice.

One of my specialties is working with children and adolescents (and their parents), using insight oriented psychotherapy, as well as art and drama therapy, (and play therapy with younger children) to identify, understand, and resolve problems, alleviate depression, and lead to happier kids and more loving families with better communication.

Adult Psychotherapy Group
Group Psychotherapy is an invaluable experience, wherein adults, openly and honestly, in an atmosphere of safety and respect, share their issues, problems, hopes, and dreams. Group members offer support, compassion, and helpful feedback as to how each group member experiences each other member's personality, and their plight. The group can feel like another 'family', and is sometimes experienced as more supportive than our 'family of origin.' Shy or timid members are encouraged to participate and can gain self confidence. All voices are heard. Group therapy is a safe, enlightening, interpersonal experience which can benefit every adult.
