Iris graduated from Radford University with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Iris has over 2 years of previous experience working in partial-hospitalization and intensive outpatient programming at eating disorder treatment facilities, as a counselor for college students, as well as intensive in home with children and adolescents. Iris works with all age, race, ethnicity, religion and gender identities using a non-judgmental approach.
Her specialties are focused on eating disorders, depression, self-harm, anxiety disorders and mood disorders. Iris is here to help you through everyday stress using a holistic approach. She focuses on techniques such as CBT, person centered, DBT, solution focused, and mindfulness in therapy sessions.

Are you stepping-down from a IOP, PHP or residential program and needing additional support? HELP IS AVAILABLE. This group provides a space to connect with others and enhance your recovery process. Participants will learn new ways to cope with poor body image, self-esteem and disordered eating habits. Let’s talk about life in recovery!
