I have a passion to serve and help others thrive emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Being in the healing field for many years as a yoga and meditation teacher, sound healer and counselor, I have worked with both groups and individuals to help them unlock their inherent potential and work through limiting beliefs. Specializing in adults, children and adolescent, clients with all different challenges can benefit. Using different modalities including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and other integrated approaches, clients are able to lead happier, more fulfilling lives. Loving kindness is central!
Using western traditions, and buddhist/ yogic philosophy, I can help bridge both worlds. Practicing an integrated and modern approach to ancient teachings, clients are encourages to challenge themselves, to think "outside the box" of what they know and perhaps try something new that could encourage a different trajectory.
It's hard these days to manage, much less thrive, in our stressful, fast paced, ever-changing world. In many ways, the current climate does not support our healing, peace and well-being. It's in the safe space that we can cultivate together, that will help you on your soul's journey in discovering the life you have always dreamed of. It's waiting for you!
