I have extensive experience in treating challenges such as difficult life transitions, anxiety, depression, psychosis, substance use, trauma, and relationship challenges. I believe all people have the power to heal from life’s challenges and create experiences that are satisfying and healthy. I use a client-centered, collaborative, discussion-based style to support people in seeking paths forward from stuck places.
I am Gottman Level Three trained and currently pursuing certification in the Gottman method. With couples work, I have found it to be invaluable in helping identify root issues, address these through evidence-based interventions, and then learn healthier ways of interacting and pursuing goals together.
