I have 20 years experience and have worked with individuals and couples from all backgrounds. My work is rooted in psychodynamic training and theory but I believe in using other approaches when called for. I have additional training and experience in attachment and emotionally focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness.
Beyond experience and education, empathy is an all important piece in my practice as is the ability to understand that some moments call for serious reflection and others for greater sensitivity. In therapy, we will work together to better understand the origin of your issues and how to navigate an easier path.
