My life mission is to help individuals and couples grow and achieve their fullest potential. Since a young age, I have found myself drawn to listening to and helping others. I utilize an integrative approach to working with clients. Every client is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet the particular needs of every client. My passion is to serve couples, racial and ethnic minorities, immigrants, and the elderly with anxiety, depression, relationship distress, and PTSD symptoms.
Given my bilingual expertise, I am particularly interested in working with individuals with diverse cultural backgrounds. I grew up in Hong Kong, where the East meets the West. I have since spent more than 25 years in the US. My acculturation journey to the US culture and clinical training has inspired a commitment to delivering culturally informed services.
