I have extensive experience working with individuals who suffer with emotionally disturbed thoughts and strive to create a supportively safe environment for this healing process. My background as a Mental Health Counselor provides me with an integrative and holistic approach working with individuals, couples and families. My psychotherapy sessions focus on working with individual’s potential strengths to help them move beyond any concerns they may have.
The breadth and depth of my knowledge and experience will enable me to guide my clients to become a healthier and happier individual living their lives to a fuller potential. Being an Asian American myself, I understand the stigma from Asian culture due to the lack of a healthy mental health understanding and knowledge. My compassion is to work with multi-cultural diverse communities to promote mental wellness through psycho-education.
