I have an extensive background dealing with trauma, grief and addictive behaviors. In addition to addressing current concerns, I like to explore family-of-origin issues and any past relationships or events that may still be affecting you. In my collaborative approach, I find that humor and a personal connection can help facilitate communication and healing.
