Stepping Stones is an adolescent intensive outpatient program offered at Pathways Center for Learning & Behavioral Health, LLC. The program runs Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 12:30 - 3:30pm at our Pathways office: 2418 Boston Post Road, Guilford, CT 06437. Our Team is Thomas Allen, Ph.D. & Tori Piraino, LCSW, along with additional medical support for medication evaluation or ongoing management as warranted. Optional academic support is also available following program hours. Stepping Stones IOP utilizes an evidence based cognitive-behavioral approach aimed at developing healthy coping strategies and building resilience.
