I offer my experience, observations, and healthy alternatives to the many challenges that may arise in life. I enjoy the work I do and I look forward to working with you! I can see adults, adolescents, children (age 10 and above), couples and families at risk or battling substance use, needing mental health help, or trauma focused therapy. I'm trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a highly effective therapy designed to assist in overcoming traumatic memories; however, EMDR can also be used in other areas related to mental health, substance use, and/or trauma (co-occurring) such as depression, anxiety, addiction, child/adolescent issues and trauma & other struggles.
I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, art-based interventions, play therapy, and other therapies within individual, couples, and family sessions for all mental and substance use issues.
