Hello! My name is Danielle. I am so glad you are considering beginning therapy and working with me. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, first-generation experiences, forming healthy relationships, or areas of personal growth, I will offer a compassionate presence where your experiences can be heard. Together, we can begin working towards positive changes in your life. I am a strengths-based, client-centered therapist. However, as there is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy, support will be tailored to empower you to make changes specific to your needs and goals.
My practice is informed by my experience and identity. I am the daughter of an immigrant, am active in the LGBTQ+ community, and identify as Latina and multiracial. I will provide a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you can be your authentic self and explore whatever challenges you may be facing.
My previous experience includes supporting young children and their families to foster emotional understanding and to develop healthy family dynamics, as well as assisting young adults in managing their mental health and navigating life transitions.
