My new office in Bend has a therapist accepting new clients with Pacific Source (OHP and Commercial), Aetna, Cigna, and Providence clients. We work with individuals, families, and couples of all ages, cultures, and backgrounds ages 13 and older. We have training and experience working with individuals with ADHD, grief and loss, on the autism spectrum, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and defiant behaviors.
Our therapeutic style is eclectic and adaptable. We pull from a variety of evidenced-based practices to create treatment that meets those unique needs: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and parent management training.
We believe people are more resilient than they know. People bounce back from the most difficult circumstances, experiences, and events.
