Welcome! If you're experiencing anxiety, depression, overwhelm, restlessness, or other lingering effects of trauma, you're not alone. You may be longing for a sense of purpose or struggling to connect with others in a meaningful way. Today's world doesn't exactly lend itself to lightening the heaviness of our past, or paving a path to a brighter future. It makes sense to feel hopeless, scattered, or a little on edge (or a lot on edge). Maybe you can't get motivated to do that thing you've always loved doing, or maybe you've lost touch with yourself and don't know who you are or what you want anymore. And you're here. Trust yourself.
With 12+ yrs experience working w/ clients, I can help you find your footing. Using many somatic modalities including energy work, I specialize in identifying how past traumas are affecting you in the present, and mobilizing those stored memories from your body to create space for something new. I also provide an education on how and why this process works.
Reaching out is the hardest part. It can be scary to ask for help, I've been there. And you're still here, listening to the part of you that brought you here.
