Here at IGCS, we prioritize the mind + body connection, as mental health IS physical health. We proudly serve the Downriver community and are conveniently located in the heart of downtown Wyandotte. We also provide services to clients all over Michigan via online therapy.

IGCS offers evidence-based treatment services that are tailored to you as an individual. Healing is not "one size fits all," and neither is therapy. Mind + body wellness is the concept of achieving optimal health by balancing the connection between the mind and body. It involves practices such as meditation, one on one talk therapy, and mindfulness to promote relaxation, reduce stress and improve overall physical and mental health. We recognize the importance of the mind + body connection and how it impacts our mental and emotional health. Our clinicians show up to every session as the true version of themselves. We are humans first, therapists second. This authentic perspective that we live and practice by allows us to connect more deeply with our clients. Our services include: individual psychotherapy, functional testing, clinical supervision for limited licensed clinicians, and clinical consultation for fully licensed clinicians.
