From years of working in the mental health field, we offer both clinical experience and treatment innovation. We use Dialectical Behavior Therapy as the cornerstone of treatment. For trauma, we have training in Cognitive Processing Therapy. Counseling is much more than just weekly discussion. We strive to create a sustainable positive change for our clients.
