There is much in our world that pulls us away from ourselves..from truly feeling grounded. Coming home is meant to describe the process of connection and healing that can happen when we set aside all the daily distractions and step back into ourselves. Once home, within ourselves, we can finally begin to connect, understand, and heal. This allows space for vulnerability, growth, and love. Whether you are having difficulties moving beyond shame and trauma, having difficulties enjoying sexual activity or want to better connect with your partner(s), I am here to listen, educate and guide at your pace to a whole new way of living.
I work holistically, addressing a variety of sexual health concerns. Sexuality is an integral part of each of us. We are all unique and deserving of love and pleasure. No person is broken or different. Each of us has a unique way of connecting and expressing. I help individuals and those within relationship(s) find their path(s) and way(s) of connecting.
It can be incredibly difficult to reach out to someone for help, especially about sexual health/sexuality. Our society does not teach us or give us language to do this.
