I am a licensed psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience in mental health. With a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology and many years of experience in community mental health, I address the many challenges experienced by youth and adults.
My therapeutic approach is engaging with an eclectic flare that often employs the concepts of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution focused techniques to cater to each client’s individual needs. Transformation rooted in peace and self-acceptance involves embracing our true selves and finding an inner harmony.
