My passion as a Licensed Professional Counselor is to help those that need support with developing coping skills for life’s traumatic or stressful experiences.
I help children and adults identify healthy coping skills to manage ADHD, anger, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and maladaptive behaviors through an individualized holistic therapeutic approach.
