Hi my name is Robin Sparks. I am so glad you are here! Whether your pain is coming from a broken heart from a relationship ending, complex trauma, death of a loved one, the loss of your career or income, overwhelming anxiety and depression, adolescent or college stress, or a recent scary health diagnosis -I am happy to help! I want you to know I truly value the beauty and synergy of connection, where everyone, BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and Neurodivergent are not “included” in some status quo but appreciated and encouraged to create genuine connections and heal in our relaxing, safe space.
I specialize in mind-body- somatic therapy to treat anxiety, college and work stress, trauma, relationship conflicts, as well as depression. I use DBT, EMDR, Positive Psychology, Neuroscience, humor and expressive arts to help you learn new skills to feel better and enjoy your life in a creative way.
My clients tell me my genuine, warm approach and use of humor and creativity helps them have great results and go beyond typical talk therapy, learn skills to heal, and improve their mood and relationships in their own way, on their terms. I am really looking forward to working with you!
