I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with nearly 20 years of experience in mental health counseling. I offer services ranging from individual therapy to skills training and coaching, group therapy, family and couples therapy, parenting education, spiritual explorations, and life coaching. I consider myself an integrative and holistic practitioner with a solid foundation in a person-centered approach to mental wellness.
Although intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, I am trained in a wide variety of treatment approaches, including EMDR, Mindfulness Based Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT; and I am a certified Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapist.
