Adult Co-Ed Interpersonal Process Group
This group provides members with the opportunity to discover how they think and why they respond in the ways they do, as well as how they are perceived by others. Group is a safe, confidential place to learn information and help you change and feel better. The result is that members acquire better control over their emotional lives. We welcome people from all backgrounds, cultures & sexual orientations. Benefits include: developing a deeper self-understanding; improving family/friend/work relationships; practicing healthy communications/boundaries; relief from feelings of isolation; and trying new behaviors and ways of thinking in a safe place.
