Founded by Dr. Bree Shelby, Integrative Psych Services is your place to heal.

Here, we are experienced and trained to integrate evidence based therapy interventions with somatic and experiential therapies, energy work, and other holistic/alternative methods for treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges from a holistic perspective. We know that there isn't just one way to heal.

We meet you where you are at and determine what YOU need to experience healing and growth. We believe that who you are in your wholeness is good and belongs, and we want you to believe that too. Grief is not a problem to be solved or something that you need to “get over.” It is an experience of being human. Grief is real, raw, and heavy. Reaching in to touch sorrow is hard. We aren’t meant to do it alone. Finding the courage to share your grief with others is essential in healing the sorrow. Here, you can find a refuge for your grief, you can find your village. We want to support you in being with and moving through your grief with presence and connection.
