Both in office sessions or video sessions are available I provide Psychological Counseling and Psychological Testing for ages 6 - 80+. I treat individuals, couples, and families. I have a passion for treating Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Agoraphobia, Phobias, OCD, PTSD, Military Veterans, Depression, Bipolar Disorder and working with communication skills, intimacy, couples/marriages and families. I emphasize natural and alternative approaches toward treatment for those who do not want to be on medication, Christian Counseling (but will honor your own beliefs and not impose mine), and also provide Life Coaching.
I am Faith Based and a Christian and it is the core value within my life. However, your relationship with God or how you perceive God or a higher power is your own choice. I will respect your individual spiritual beliefs and will not impose mine upon you, however, if you ask me about my faith in Christ I will share that with you and how it has changed me.
I emphasize an integrative natural/alternative approach toward treatment. I train people how to change their thoughts, behaviors, interactions with others, and their physiological response to stress - thereby reducing or eliminating the need to use pharmaceuticals. I share office space with my wife a holistic nurse and make referrals to her as appropriate.
