Hello. My name is Theodora Adedeji, and I am the Founder and CEO of Integrated Wellness Haven. I am a licensed therapist in the State of Maryland and DC and we explore different modalities that fit each individual. It is not a "One size fits all." Treatment focuses on client centered solution-focused and behavior modification techniques. My area of specialization is in Adjustment D/O, anxiety, depression, work life balance, behavioral concerns, stress management, mood disorders, relational, interpersonal, and social conflicts.

I offer deep empathy and active listening skills. I meet you where you are, and assist you in developing strength based techniques that you can use in reaching your goals in a non judgmental environment. I am also offering group counseling and workshops online that will assist you in taking care of your mental health.
