We have many years of experience working with youth who are experiencing problems at school and at home. We work to get them to graduation and onto a path to a successful adult in their community. We also work with youth who are experimenting with drug and alcohol use.. We understand that substance abuse will stop any chances of success if not treated. We also work with youth with behavior issues. Many young people want to go on to college and they do not need any behavior incidence issues on their transcript. We get to the cause of the behavior and find ways to end them We also work with adults with home, work, and family issues. We work with both adult and juveniles who are court involved. Mistakes are made, and those mistakes do not have to define someone. We work to get clients back on the right path. Our years of work in schools getting students back on track is something we specialize in. Our work with courts is also an area of specialty. Minds and behaviors must change in order to succeed and we are here to help.
I have many years of working in secondary schools. I use my own lived experiences as a way to form a working relationship. We talk about the importance of education and how it determines where you go in life. With adults we work on getting to the reasons life is not good at home or at work. We want them to look at their own role in situations and figure out how they can change situations by changing their own reactions and expectations.
I understand youth and adult issues that cause issues and concern in your lives. That is why I do this work. I know from my own experience, it is much easier to talk with someone who has experienced some of the same things. I have felt the pain and have come out with a whole different outlook on life.
