In the past 10 years, we have pursued specialized training in EMDR and Adaptive Internal Relational Networks model to work with individuals who have experienced complex trauma. Utilizing awareness of interpersonal neurobiology and internal self awareness to support individuals growth and freedom.
Integrated Life Counseling Center is comprised of four Minnesota state licensed therapists: Dr. Kathryn Hall, PsyD, LP; Tracy Kaye Swanson, MA, LPCC; Debbi Topel, MA, LMFT; and Carrie Twist, MA, LMFT. We have over 60 years of collective experience, and serve a broad range of client needs.
