Hello there, I know that therapy can be scary, but you are not alone. Addiction affects many lives, directly or indirectly. Over the last decade, I have supported individuals suffering from addiction and their families on their journey to healing and recovery. My goal is to help you identify triggers for use and teach you positive coping strategies. I offer DWI assessments, DOT evals, substance abuse assessments, ADETS, drug education, and outpatient therapy for addiction and co-occurring disorders.
As a caring, empathetic therapist, I use a holistic approach to provide a non-judgmental, safe space where you can feel comfortable discussing your addiction and working on yourself through therapy. Together, we will develop a person-centered plan that focuses on what is important to you as you navigate the path to recovery.
