We help those who struggle with impulse control get control back; our therapy targets self-harming behaviors, suicidality, overeating, alcohol, and substance use. We provide safe, comfortable, and encouraging Adult and Multifamily skills groups for teens and their parents.

We follow the Linehanian Model of traditional and comprehensive DBT. We cycle through all 6 skills module: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Walking the Middle Path.
