Insight Inverse Counseling is dedicated to your and your children's wellness goals. We are ready to put over 10 years of knowledge and experience to use in helping you find your center and trusting yourself and your abilities to find out/remember who you are. We are a trauma informed group who specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds who are struggling with autism, stress, trauma disorders, anxiety and depression. When you contact us, you will be received with care, and paired with a therapist who is educated and motivated in helpful, proven therapeutic techniques.
We utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to challenge the negative and worrisome thoughts. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to ground/calm and explore ways to get your needs met. Meditation, behavior modification techniques to find a balance. Holistic/Integrative Nutrition will inform what ingredients are helpful to your emotional wellbeing.
Symptoms of Trauma, Addiction, PTSD, Anxiety, Autism Spectrum Disorders & Stress can be debilitating. Learning where the troubling thoughts are coming from, making the connections, learning how to manage emotions and behaviors, and working through the triggers that can lead to a poor quality of life will be helpful, and we look forward to working with you.
