So much of how we view ourselves and the world is influenced by beliefs and behaviors developed through repeated patterns, experiences, and people. My goal is to walk alongside you as a guide, providing you with the tools, resources, and objectivity to begin unlearning those beliefs and behaviors that are keeping you stuck.
Although therapy is a serious endeavor, my approach is casual and inviting. I can utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, such as IFS, ACT/DBT, and am in the process of completing my certification as a Geek therapist. For my work with couples, I use a Gottman-focused perspective, IFS, or EFT. We can find a path that works for you.
I am an LPC-Associate, under the supervision of Dalia Garcia-Olivares LPC-S, and have worked in the mental health field in various capacities for over a decade.
