We will work together to understand the challenges that you face, and develop solutions that help you gain a greater sense of self, acceptance, purpose, and most importantly lead a more meaningful, balanced, and fulfilling life.
One of the hardest parts of this journey is choosing a counselor. I work to create a warm space that is safe, supportive, encouraging, and fosters healing and growth. Throughout the therapeutic process we will work to build better coping skills, healthy relationships, stress management, and encourage mental and physical well being.
