I work primarily with adults and teens who are experiencing anxiety, neurodivergence such as ADHD and autism, chronic pain, PTSD/CPTSD and grief and loss. I offer a person-centered and trauma-informed approach to managing emotions, nervous system regulation, and reducing chronic stress with Mindfulness-based Art Therapy.
